二隻MANTA相互依伴如同休閒潛水學過「潛伴制度」（Dive Buddy), 在潛水時兩個人為單位，在下水前互相檢查裝備、下水後結伴潛水互相照顧，一起探索深藍的世界。

D2 提供以下服務
§ 潛水教育課程：擁有完善專業的潛水訓練課程，包含:體驗水肺潛水（ Discover scuba diving）, 開放水域初級潛水員（Open water diver）等PADI＆ADIP提供的所有潛水教育課程。未來更規畫有不定期的潛水安全及技術相關的講座。
§ 潛水旅遊行程： 開發國（內）外潛店/潛點規畫，並與相關旅行業做異業合作，本學（會）員提供優質又價格合理的潛水旅遊行程。
§ 潛水設備買賣（租賃）：提供多家多樣的潛水產品提供學（會）員選購。
